What should customers know?
Parts contributions: age and mileage can affect the percentage paid towards parts under standard cover. Labour is subject to the chosen hourly labour rate limit, rather than the age/mileage percentage.
Claims: If your vehicle needs a covered repair, contact the warranty provider before any work starts. They will explain what is covered and whether you need to pay anything towards the repair. Claim limits and policy terms apply.
Cover options: ask about the availability and price of 100% parts contribution and wear-and-tear options; these are not assumed to be included.

How do I enquire about a vehicle?
Open the vehicle page and use WhatsApp, Call or Email. Email enquiries include a link to the car so we can answer about the correct vehicle.
What does “Soon Available” mean?
These vehicles are on the way or being prepared. Photos, mileage and price may still be awaiting confirmation. Contact us to register your interest and confirm details.
Can you help me find a particular car?
Yes. DT Motor Group offers vehicle sourcing. Tell us your preferred make, model, budget and requirements by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Where can I see a car’s photos, video and history category?
Each vehicle page shows its available photos and walkaround video. Where recorded, Cat N or Cat S is marked in yellow with further history information. Ask us for vehicle history and available repair documents before buying.
Is a Gold Warranty included?
Eligible cars come with a complimentary 3-month Gold Warranty. Cover is subject to eligibility and activation, with full terms supplied at purchase. You can also ask about our 6-, 12-, 24- and 36-month options.
Will I have to pay anything towards a repair?
Possibly. Standard Gold cover may apply an age/mileage contribution to parts and a selected maximum hourly labour rate. Any repair outside the applicable reimbursement terms or limits may be payable by the customer. We will explain the terms before purchase.
